Block light through the fabric for bedrooms and media spaces. The finished shade can still admit light at the edges, so the mounting approach matters too.
Help manage glare while preserving some view through the fabric. Openness and color affect the result. Solar shades alone may not provide the privacy you want at night.
A shade that feels private in daylight can look different when indoor lights are on after dark. We'll discuss who can see into the room and when privacy matters most.

Roller describes the shade's rolling construction. Solar shades use a screen-like fabric designed to manage glare while allowing some view through. Other roller fabrics offer light filtering or blackout performance. Solar fabric may need a second layer for nighttime privacy.
Blackout fabric blocks light through the material, but light can still enter around the shade. Mounting, overlap, and compatible side channels or light guards affect the finished result. Tell us how dark you need the room to be before choosing a system.
Motorized options are available for selected roller shade products. We'll check the fabric, dimensions, power supply, and control preferences. App or voice control may require additional compatible equipment.
Approximate sizes or a few photos can help start the conversation, but you don't need final order measurements to request a consultation. We provide professional measurement and review recess depth, trim, handles, and mounting conditions before ordering.
